I’ve brought my car to Russ Auto Care twice now. After moving to the area, I was looking for a trustworthy local shop, and I believe I found one. Their prices are fair, the quality of their work has been excellent, and they’re quick and efficient at getting your vehicle back to you. Matt did a great job repairing my car the first time, and I haven’t had any issues since. After my most recent repair, he even took the time to check in with me afterward to make sure everything was good, which was appreciated. Amee kept me informed throughout the entire process with excellent communication. They made a stressful car repair experience much easier to deal with.

The day of service I dropped my car off and received a call a few hours later with updates including optional recommendations. Everything went smoothly and the pricing was very fair. I was immediately greeted upon entering the establishment. Met all personnel and everyone was friendly, kind and polite. I was informed of everything going on with my vehicle right now and what work needed to be to be completed before my inspection could be finalized. They also provided me with information on where I could possibly go to have this type of work done. Very pleased with my visit and will definitely use them again in the future.
